I think the onboarding package and the collaborative nature of our relationship could be improved. Although we have not started using Talon.One to its full capability yet, so maybe this relationship will build, but for now it hasn't felt as though Talon.One knows our strategy or that we know there's, there is limited visibility of upcoming features, and we don't regularly review how our relationship is progressing.
