Caliper Essentials is a great tool for assessing and developing talent **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Machinery | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** September 20, 2020 **What do you like best about Talogy?** About a year ago, Caliper improved their reports with the rollout of the Caliper Essentials report. Some of the new features of this repot include customized interview questions, as well as development guides for the individual and the manager. **What do you dislike about Talogy?** I can't think of anything I dislike about Caliper. **What problems is Talogy solving and how is that benefiting you?** The assessment is beneficial as one data point when assessing applicants for a job.
