Tally is a complex and elaborate software which has almost all fetures and provisions required for any business size and users can easly and effectively do their day to day works without thinking much about the software, which is necessory for all accounting softwars. Cons which I always come accross is the usage speed, the software run smoothly on the server system but it lacks the fluidity on client computers. Reports and some vouchers will take time to load. It's more easy to generate E-Invoice on finger tips simply just entering USER id And Passwords.The E Invoice is mandated by Indian Government for the Organisations which are Crossed the prescribed limit of Turnover.Tally Prime provides more advanced features in accounting than other softwares.Mostly Tally Prime is an user-friendly ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE. The window of Hilighting Feature is not liked as it was available in Tally ERP 9.Also some features not displaying untill we step into the window.Company features related issue may causes deletion of Total Data as it likely to going towards Shutdown of Organisation accounts.
