Tallylark is invoice-to-cash software for consultants, freelancers, and small agencies who still chase payments by hand. Create or upload invoices with line items and PDFs, or upload a PDF/photo. Four-stage reminders—early, due, +7, +14—run polite then firm so follow-ups are not another spreadsheet. Optional Xero Connect imports unpaid invoices from one Xero organization. Tallylark runs the chase; reminders stop when an invoice is marked paid in Xero. Sync is one-way. Never connecting is fine. Customers can pay by card, PayPal.me, or bank transfer. Use Tallylark standalone; no QBO live integration, Marketplace, or review claims are included. A 14-day free trial is available with no card required. Plans: Starter $29/mo; Pro $59/mo
