I don't have anything negative to share actually :) Maybe the copy-pasting is sometimes tricky for texts inputs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Amazing product with so many applications"
5/5
What do you like best about Tally?

I chose Tally mainly because it is cost-effective for complex logic and advanced customization. It offers an incredible balance of power and simplicity. Their free plan is also very generous.

However, I opted for the Pro plan to unlock even more features to work on a complex build (my first form). The support team is phenomenal. I encountered a few hiccups along the way, and Laura, Jared, Jose, and Ettore were all invaluable. They were patient and offered detailed workarounds. They also have a list of Tally experts you can hire if you want to hand off the build to someone they trust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tally?

While Tally supports advanced logic, it's not visual. With many conditions, it can be challenging to audit or troubleshoot. Resulting in a significant amount of wasted time. A visual logic map or tree view would make complex flows easier to manage. Additionally, it lacks built-in CRM tools and email automation capabilities beyond basic notifications. If you want to nurture leads or tag users, you must integrate with external platforms. Finally, there is no native A/B testing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple Forms Anywhere, but Missing Reserve with Google Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Tally?

Easy, no fuss forms that can work just about anywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tally?

I really wish Tally offered integration with Reserve with Google. If I could direct new users straight to a Tally form through a "Book Online" button on my Google Business Profile, I think it would generate more leads. Unfortunately, Tally doesn't support this feature at the moment, which is disappointing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Hidden Gem for Form Builders , Feature-Rich, Affordable, and RTL Ready"
5/5
What do you like best about Tally?

We’ve been using Tally.so for a while now, and it’s honestly one of the best tools we’ve come across for building forms.

- Effortless to use, even for first-timers

One of the best things about Tally is how easy it is to use. If you’ve ever used Notion, you’ll feel right at home ، you just type a forward slash (/), and a menu of form elements pops up. No need to drag-and-drop or mess with complicated settings. It’s fast, intuitive, and feels like writing a document rather than designing a form.

- Clean and intuitive experience

The user interface is simple and smooth. Even though it offers a lot of functionality, it never feels overwhelming. Everything is well-organized and easy to use, even for non-technical users.

- Customization that makes sense

There are tons of options for building and customizing forms — conditional logic, custom domains, team collaboration, and more but it all feels straightforward. You don’t get lost in menus or settings like you do with other platforms.

- Excellent support for Arabic and RTL

One of the standout features for us is how well Tally handles right-to-left layouts and Arabic fonts. Everything just works out of the box, which is rare to find.

- Great features for teams and scaling

The ability to create multiple workspaces, share forms with teammates, and connect your own domain makes it a great choice if you’re growing or managing multiple projects.

- Better value than anything else we’ve tried

What really surprised us is how affordable it is. It costs less than half of what we were paying for other tools, and those didn’t even support Arabic properly or offer some of the features we now rely on.

If you need a form builder that’s flexible, easy to use, and works great in Arabic — Tally.so is more than worth trying. It’s saved us time, money, and frustration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tally?

Nothing, I'm really satisfied with everything they have Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best free tier and best upgrade from Google Forms"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Tally?

Tally is the most complete input/form product out there at the free tier, which makes it an excellent choice for anyone looking to graduate from Google Forms. To be honest, I don't think I'll ever go back to Google Forms, and I'll simply always fire up Tally in my future jobs. It's easy to integrate with Google Sheets and Airtable, and it has a ton of features out of the box. Eventually I'll probably pay for a subscription, but for now it's so powerful I'm quite surprised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tally?

It's a new-ish product, so they're still releasing features and unfolding the product roadmap. Some key features are surprisingly behind the paywall (e.g. automatic submission confirmation emails), but I guess they need to make money somehow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The best Form tool."
5/5
What do you like best about Tally?

You can accomplish a lot without the free plan, and the interface is very intuitive. As someone who loves Notion, I find it especially satisfying that this tool operates with a similar logic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tally?

I am unable to integrate directly with systeme.io. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible and helpful"
5/5
What do you like best about Tally?

I love how flexible and customizable it is. It has far more options than any other form-building site I've used. The interface is sleek too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tally?

If you use a lot of conditional logic, it can clog your form and make it hard to see the big picture. It would be nice to be able to collapse some of that when not actively modifying it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Extraordinary support!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Tally?

Tally’s support team is incredibly responsive—far beyond expectations—and the product itself is super easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tally?

I wish Tally offered more granular role controls like editor or viewer; having only owner and member feels limiting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Wow! Don't even use anything else for forms"
5/5
What do you like best about Tally?

I loved this! I just joined a new company as Head of People and Talent, I'm still waiting to choose an ATS and I set up some forms on Tally so we didn't miss out on candidates in the interim. What a breeze! I duplicated a form from the templates. Loved the process, super easy. I used it for some other personal use cases as well, it was always smooth. Integrates perfectly with Notion. What do you dislike about Tally?

I don't have anything bad to say, it's great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
