Data visualisation looks great and intuitive. Filter works great and allows for nice scaling of results. The versatility of the tool means you need to invest time in learning and getting used to it. It will in turn reward you nicely. We've also been getting good support from our Customer Success Manager, Charu. She delivers on action points agreed during our calls. As someone who's used quite a few tools on the market, Talkwalker is the one that left me with the fewest questions asking 'it would be great if they had that' as they have so much functionality and have clearly built this with an analyst in mind as opposed to features that just look/sound 'cool' in theory. Also, there are several things I am yet to use, but great to know capabilities are there when we have a suitable use case and continuously adding new features.
