talkv is a WhatsApp Business Platform tool for businesses that talk to their customers on WhatsApp. It sends broadcasts to a list, runs a shared inbox for a team, and replies automatically with welcome, away and keyword messages. A business connects its own WhatsApp number through Meta's Embedded Signup in a few minutes and can keep using the WhatsApp Business app on the same number. Contacts are imported from a spreadsheet with consent recorded for each person, and opt-outs are honoured automatically. Templates are checked against Meta's rules before submission, and every broadcast shows exactly who will receive it before it is sent. Reports show what was delivered, read and failed, with WhatsApp's reason for each failure. Meta bills the business directly for WhatsApp messages. talkv charges a prepaid platform fee per delivered template message, with no monthly subscription and no per-user fee. talkv is a Meta Tech Provider, built and run in Ahmedabad, India.
