**What do you like best about Talkspirit?**

You can use it as a suite: Agenda, Drive, Chats, news feed. Setting it up for your own organization allows you to centralize communication, create groups to target the people who need to receive the information. The search tools make it easy to find old posts. I found some options that I hadn't seen elsewhere, like disconnect schedules, where you can choose not to receive any notifications. Moreover, the team is very responsive and committed to developing the features that users need, and they take feedback on usage into account. They are dedicated to offering a quality service and are pleasant in their communication.

**What do you dislike about Talkspirit?**

The tool does not yet offer links to other internal tools within my organization, but it is under development. All the gaps I currently have are being studied by the team.

**What problems is Talkspirit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work in an organization that has about ten sites, each with small teams. Talkspirit has helped create connections and improve our means of communication. Since each employee has an account, it also allows us to have Drive and Calendar tools that are common to everyone, thus enabling better transmission of information, more relevant and faster than email tools or even more paper.
It is also available on the mobile app and can be synchronized with our other internal tools.
Finally, during the difficult COVID periods, when some of our sites remained closed, it maintained connections and also allowed for exchanges and unwinding among colleagues.

**What do you like best about Talkspirit?**

Fully fonctionnal corporate social network with drives, groups , tchats, visio, app... Simple to start with, simple to use. We have it for about six months and it is essential for us as we are massively teleworking (40 users).

**What do you dislike about Talkspirit?**

At the moment, no negative thing to say about it.
Update : They recently implemented project tracking with more sophisticated todo list usage but this funtionnality is not available in our plan and we should double our monthly fee to activate it... Very Disappointed about this

Teleworking maintains 100% of our activity despite COVID crisis.

**What do you like best about Talkspirit?**

What I like the most is the real-time information about what is happening in the company. I also like the ability to work in groups and collaborate on the same document. Accessibility on both computer and phone is a plus.

**What do you dislike about Talkspirit?**

I don't see any downside to Talkspirit if it's configured as desired. The configuration is quite simple. If I don't want too many notifications, I configure all these options.

Today, I am aware of what is happening in other departments in real-time without waiting for a monthly activity report or a departmental meeting. Important documents are shared with everyone and are no longer stored on all computers.

Talkspirit is very easy to get started with, the interface is simple and modern, and it's easy to find your way around. Adding images and documents is child's play. The chat support is very responsive and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Talkspirit?**

one can quickly be overwhelmed by notifications, fortunately, one can adjust them... Document editing is a bit limited but the basic functions are there.

**What problems is Talkspirit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thanks to TKS, information circulates better and faster, and you can also easily create groups/workspaces where discussions and documents are gathered in one place. It is easier to exchange with many members of the company, and you can find/create communities by skills, themes, etc. It is a very good tool for working on cross-functionality.

The platform was simple to use to create an online collaboration platform to be used in Education space. Creation of Group, invite Users (one at a time or in bulk), open a text-based collaboration session, share comments/documents etc - were the basic features that worked quite well.

As a roadmap item, add video chat capabilitues if not already there in the product today.

I have been a client of Talkspirit since 2015, and I appreciate the reliability of the solution and its user-friendliness. Over the years, I have appreciated the developments that have been added to the product, the ability to collaborate effectively with peers through group messages, chat, or video conferencing. The years go by, and Talkspirit is still at the forefront.

**What do you dislike about Talkspirit?**

I think it is important to continue notifying the user as best as possible, by email (a tool like this will never really replace email, I think it's a utopia) and through the mobile app (which could be improved). A well-notified user is an active user.

We like the guest login and access feature the most beause it's help you to communicate with other people without even need of an email. That's work really fantastic and audio exchange also we like the best because in most of the other platfrom this feature are not there but talkspriti made this platform really amazing.

The best thing about this software is that it helps notify all team members about new projects, customizations, and UI is pretty cool and synthetic.
It helps in conference calling as well.

Sometimes software stuck in between conversation after new update software become laggy, and it saves all the payment options automatically without even notification.

Talkspirit has allowed the different departmental, regional, and national entities to come together on a common platform and exchange on various and diverse topics. This improved communication enhances the network's efficiency through better knowledge dissemination. For those more hesitant to express themselves in front of everyone, smaller groups among people who know each other or on targeted themes can be set up.

The most difficult task is to convince the concerned colleagues of the platform's benefits so that they agree to spend some time on it instead of other tasks they could have accomplished. In reality, this time spent on Talkspirit is not wasted because it allows for quicker responses in exceptional situations where experience feedback makes it easier to position oneself.

**What do you like best about Talkspirit?**

Talkspirit allows for creating connections between employees, streamlines the sharing of knowledge, brings out the qualities or abilities of certain users, and abolishes the pyramidal hierarchy which is a major obstacle to the flow of information. The advantages of this solution are the speed of adoption and appropriation by users. The concept of chat and publication that can be linked is a very interesting feature.

**What do you dislike about Talkspirit?**

The mobile application lags a bit behind the web version, it's a shame that it is not functionally identical. There is a lack of clarity to know if a user is present or not, and there is a lack of read/unread notifications for the chat. The bot is not easily accessible.

Trying it is the best way to get an idea about the product, knowing that handling it is immediate.

Thanks to Talspirit, we were able to quickly circulate information within our administration, and quickly create working groups on different topics. This tool was essential during the first health crisis and its use has become daily for users. It has significantly reduced internal email sending. We have gained in productivity while improving user comfort.

I can create group and tchat to share with people inside and outside company. And there is a very nice help in the software.

The drive function can be improve. We can't upload a directory of files.

The first of all is sharing information. Talkspirit accelerates communication inside the enterprise. Everybody, with the rights, of course, can access data. Even when one person arrives after the start of the project, he can read all the information in the history.
The main benefit is to work faster, the talkspirit's project are managed with agile method.

The fact that it allows distinguishing formal tasks (handled by email) from more informal ones (handled on Talkspirit), file sharing is very useful and the "feed" section should help with internal communication soon. The possibility of video calls is very practical as well.

**What do you like best about Talkspirit?**

Before switching to Talkspirit, our association used to work on Microsoft Team. If you’re comparing both softwares, you will probably notice a gap but be aware. The best software is not always the one you keep in mind. 
First of all, Talkspirit is pretty instinctive during the first use and it allows you to fully take advantage of the software and his features. If you are also an association, you can pick this solution beyond doubt.

If you’re outside and want to pursue a chat, Talkspirit will provide you the opportunity with its application. It will improve the involvement of your members and subscribers. 

Furthermore, regarding the price, every user pays only 18€ a month. This solution being so attractive, it allows Talkspirit to compete against bigger companies. Perhaps you will have to collaborate with people on a specific project and once again, Talkspirit provides you a full and free solution. Indeed, you can add members to your projects without spending a cent. 

To put it in a nutshell, what else about a software from a french national company, which is efficient, ergonomical, quite easy to learn and for a conveninent price. From my sight, I fully recommend this application for every work group and more especially to associations

I wouldn't be able to say the software is perfect due to some issues with videoconferences and the mobile application where you can't have the same features as on the PC software.

I love the fact that you can scroll down the main page to read about all the latest news, and at the same time that you can work on private groups for specific projects (just like on Facebook), with the possibility to comment each post. Moreover, I specially appreciate the fact that you can have private conversations too. In clear, everything is centralized on one platform both for professional exchanges, and at the same time for more informal conversations. It's easier than emails and more modern/agile. It creates a real sense of community to which you're part of and to which you can contribute.

**What do you dislike about Talkspirit?**

I don't really see the point of having a calendar, but it's probably because I haven't used it yet. Otherwise, I'm not disappointed at all.

TalkSpirit is so easy tu use you do not need any guideline to start with.
Being working within a Group that counts dozens of affiliates throughout the country, we needed a tool allowing us to communicate, share and collborate with other organizations on specific projects.
TS is very user-friendly and looks like a company social media.

The application is quite affordable, though not offered for free. 
Again, the software makes daily communications more easier and hence, no misinformation or delays.

The issue that I found disturbing using this application is the lack of a compatible mobile app.
Otherwise, the vendor has collected other mistakes like supporting of other languages.

The graphic interface is very good and user friendly, you can find easily what you want to look for (e.g mobility document). I find easily my administrative document, it avoid me to search for a while or asking to the secretary. I discover new people from my compagny thanks to their involvement. There are a lot of features that I discover that are like traditional social network and I'm sure that I haven't discover all features yet. We can publish the same thing as classic social media (poll, media, document e.g...) so it's good things.

What I would like to improve is the notification. I had commented a post but I didn't get a notification when other people answer after my post or whhen I get like, It would be very good to improve this.
