TalkRank is an AI-powered role-play and competency assessment platform for recruitment, employee training and sales development. Organizations can create custom conversation scenarios and invite candidates or employees to complete realistic text, voice or video role-plays with lip-synced AI avatars. After each conversation, TalkRank automatically evaluates predefined competencies and generates scores, strengths, areas for improvement, detailed feedback and a transcript. The platform helps companies assess real communication and practical skills consistently and at scale.
