What do you like best about Talkoot?

The onboarding, set up and support has been incredible! Talkoot looked at our processes and helped us customize the system so it works best for our teams. As our processes evolve, it's easy to adjust Talkoot. We love having all product descriptions in one place: we can write, edit, review, revise and store all seasons, which helps keep our copy correct and consistent. What do you dislike about Talkoot?

What do you like best about Talkoot?

There’s life before using Talkoot and life after. I much prefer life after. Where I once managed several different copy creation projects, multiple categories, seasons and skus across various excel docs (headache just thinking about it), I now have the luxury of working in one super effective tool that allows me to manage everything, including copy review and version history, in one place. What do you like best about Talkoot?

There are some "wish-list" items and functionalities that don't yet exist. Usually small things that could make our workflow smoother, nothing big. What do you like best about Talkoot?

I used to have 4-6 different tabs, files and emails open with all of the product copy input docs, images and random comments I was tracking from the client. Meanwhile, maddeningly writing in a tiny little Excel square that never cooperated. What I like best is everything in one place, knowing I'm not missing anything.
