What I like the best about TalkingPoints is how easy it is for the parents of my students and me to communicate. I can send a quick message to let them know that school is out, or that a community event is taking place that their family could benefit. It gives me a professional avenue to talk with parents and guardians of my students instead of handing out my personal cell number, which I don't always like to do. This is a safe program that helps me feel more protected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside to this program isn't really a flaw to the program, more to the users. Users do not check it frequently enough, so sometimes messages can get overlooked. Also, if the school misprograms, the guardians might not be in the correct order. Again, this is no fault of the program. I am just giving insight to errors that might pop up.
