Talisma, when used as a sales CRM for a large population, is slow to load. Up to 30 seconds or more just to change selection from one field to another that are both already visible on the same search pane. I would not recommend for use in a call center due to the excessive time required while changing from one lead to another. When working for a local non-profit college a few years ago we used Talisma. This program would alert us when potential students would express interest in our school. If a student filled out an interest card on our school site then it would upload to Talisma and we would reach out to them. We could then log our notes on the conversation with Student.
