You get out what you put in - we spent a lot of time on implementation getting our documents and flows dialed in but that work paid off once we went live. Talewind handled so much of the implementation work on their end. They put a heavy emphasis on the service portion of software-as-a-service in a way that other vendors don't. We continue to iterate on our MVP and they provide the support we need when we need it. I had 3 pieces of critical feedback from my sales team on a Friday. I passed that to Talewind and we had 3 new features by the next Friday that addressed those problems.
