The simplicity of the tool. No training is needed in order to use Talentry since it's very intuitive. Besides that the data analysis, the strong customer service and the features, e.g. the campaign feature to boost jobs and acknowledge milestones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We went live on all locations and in all languages at once (Switzerland, Germany, France, USA, China), available in many languages (even Chinese), fairly quick setup, very user friendly, easy sharing of jobs on most important social networks and messengers (even WeChat and Line for China).
