**What do you like best about TalentRun?**

I like the simple UI and the ability to quickly read / grade resumes. The pricing was simple as well and seems like friendly to be used.

**What do you dislike about TalentRun?**

It's a bit complicated to be used at the beginning but once you start getting a hang of it, it was easier.

**What problems is TalentRun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is able to scan, grade resumes based on the job description and using LLM. It is heading in the right direction and helping us scale by grading resumes without us reading it.
