Friendly faces, but outdated software **Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2019 **What do you like best about TalentQuest?** The implementation process was very bumpy, but the implementation team was incredibly helpful. They bent over backwards to find solutions for us that were honestly a little unfair to ask for. **What do you dislike about TalentQuest?** The software is very limited in customization. There were many features that we were promised up front that were still very far off on the product roadmap. This didn't become clear until implementation was at a point of no return. **Recommendations to others considering TalentQuest:** Be sure that all of your requirements are available from day one. If you're not 100% clear with what you need upfront, it becomes very hard to get it later on. **What problems is TalentQuest solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was the company's first all-encompassing talent management software, so it became a solid one-stop-shop for all talent management. ### 2.
