OKR approach to goal setting is used by companies including Google, Intel, Walmart, LinkedIn and has been instrumental in the growth trajectory of these companies. Our OKR platform allows for goal setting, inter-department negotiations, KRA cascading to the team and multi-level approval of KRAs and goals on the platform itself. The end product for the organization is finalized set for KRA’s for each function along with alignment on inter-department dependencies and service of the same.
