What do you like best about TalentLyft?

Great for keeping all of the necessary (and unnecessary information that somehow ends up being important) in the same place. another great feature is that you can share that information with other teams as well, which makes teamwork even easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TalentLyft?

Mostly bugs and errors that are lately becoming more and more often. For example, I can't figure out why is the application submitted email being sent to some candidates and to some not. Or when I am unable to send the email or disqualify the candidate, it does not last forever to get it up and running but still, it is annoying sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TalentLyft solving and how is that benefiting you?

Support for Croatian platforms i s missing (moj posao, oposao.hr....)

We are constantly adding integrations with different job boards, lobal and local. In the meantime, we made sure you can easily post your jobs on Croatian job boards such as Netokracija, Careercentar.com, Posao.hr and Mojposao.hr. Adopto is a fantastic tool if you have the preferred candidate already in mind: keywords, previous employments, and demographic data on hand. However, the software does not provide this information after it is implemented in a meaningful way so that you can improve searces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
