**What do you like best about Talention?**

I love that I was able to utilize every bit of information from Talention.  It was a great help when I just started out in the recruiting field.

**What do you dislike about Talention?**

I have no complaints about Talention. I no longer have an account as I switched companies, but I enjoyed learing and using Talention when I did.

**What problems is Talention solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping me learn the in's and out's quickly - I was new to my position and it was a great resource to use during those first few months, especially!

**What do you like best about Talention?**

I find Talention really useful because it gives the ultimate power to the recruiters to employ candidates and sort them with candidate management software which is not only efficient but really effective in order to select the best and the worthiest , I also like the applicant tracking too.

**What do you dislike about Talention?**

I don't actually have any particular dislikes but I feel like Talention can improve their consultation and training support by making it more interactive and user friendly. Even though the way they implement this is really outstanding , I tend to give this as suggestion as I really believe there are rooms to improve.  

**What problems is Talention solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I prefer Talention as a bargaining tool to deal with my professional competitors to get the best recruits thus ensuring our chance to do well in different projects ahead of our rivals. I have realized it's really effective and absolutely fascinating how it gets your job done!
