"Flashcards - the best tool for microlearning"

What do you like best about TalentCards?

I am a huge fan of flashcards, and talent cards make it more fun with nice designs and templates Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TalentCards?

When I used it, there wasn't too many features and some of them were not easy to use. It did not feel intuitive. Should work more on UX Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TalentCards?

Love the card based concept - very simple, clear and engaging.

The library of content seems reasonable to, and I expect this to grow with Epignosis behind it.

Login experience can be off putting with some of these types of apps, but Talent Cards was pretty seemless Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TalentCards?

I would not say there was anything I particularly disliked. I would expect this platform to grow.

I would like to see a slightly richer experience in the future:

- richer reporting

- slightly richer UX (content layout, likes, social element User generated content - anything along those lines) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TalentCards solving and how is that benefiting you?

- Trying to share programme content with a large number of keynote delegates

- Testing sharing micro learning to see the extent to which some traditional learning can be replaced

What do you like best about TalentCards?

Ease of use, both in creation and usability. Having a visual reference for work duties and setup on mobile is very valuable and it is easy to get employees on board and using the program as it is minimal in its intrusiveness. Being able to upload pictures and videos can help with orientation, such as a video from the CEO of your company introducing themselves and the company's mission and values as well as welcoming a new employee to the company, safety training, such as demonstrating proper lifting and moving techniques, and overall visual references for things like individual group setups, opening, and closing checklists, and other instructions and guidelines. What do you dislike about TalentCards?

More in-depth training is difficult due to the restrictions of the format, such as character restrictions and the overall medium. The image size restrictions are limiting and somewhat difficult to work around for uploading background pictures to the cards, which I use for Field Setup visual references. I would also like to see the ability to update and add to card sets via the mobile app instead of just the desktop dashboard. Also, there is currently no way to organize card sets into groups without creating a sequence, in which each card set must be completed in order to unlock the next one. What problems is TalentCards solving and how is that benefiting you?

An excellent resource for coordinating staff across a variety of shifts and multiple facilities. Having checklists, and setup instructions on a mobile device is very helpful. This helps staff feel like they always have the tools and knowledge available even when they may be working on their own or during their first few shifts. It is also excellent for demonstrating proper safety techniques, company culture, and values, as well as little fun competitions with its leaderboards, games, and quizzes which are built-in. This program has become a critical pillar in building our new department and enables us to lay the groundwork with a solid foundation with which to keep building up. What do you like best about TalentCards?

Talent Cards allows users to create electronic based, flash card style, microlearning content that is delivered through a mobile device, providing accessible training to learners when they need it. With the various options to customize decks and the ability to attach hyperlinks, video, and audio makes this an excellent learning solution for easy to process content. What do you dislike about TalentCards?

While customizable, Talent Cards is limited in color options and you cannot make adjustments to the font (style, size, etc.) Design is locked into thirds with no option to combine sections making it difficult to be consistent with design options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are facing changes on our business for training, everybody wants courses to go and our company was struggling to find a way to create material without to have to hire a developer for it, so this app have being a huge change for us because is very easy to use, for instructors that are not that young.
