TalentAxis is a high-volume hiring platform for hourly teams: US employers who hire hourly staff across many locations (restaurants and franchises, retail, hospitality, trucking and warehouses) and the staffing agencies, RPOs and MSPs that hire for them. One pipeline across every location. Owners, HR and store managers work in the same pipeline, with roles and permissions controlling who sees which locations and candidates. An open API connects your ATS or HR system. One-click interview scheduling. The recruiter or store manager picks an interview time in one click; the candidate confirms or reschedules with one tap in WhatsApp. In-person and Google Meet interviews, Google Calendar connection, and automatic reminders before every interview to cut no-shows. Automated candidate messaging. "When X happens, do Y" rules send WhatsApp or email follow-ups, send forms and move candidates between stages, so every candidate hears back without anyone chasing them. Screening that shows who fits: knock-out questions and AI resume match scoring against the job. Text to Apply is how candidates get in. Each location gets its own apply code and QR poster; candidates apply in a WhatsApp chat in about two minutes, pay rate first. No web form, no new app, no account, and STOP opts out at any time.
