Creating a position and getting everything up and running is straightforward, and there have only been a few occasions where we needed assistance. One of my favorite things about Anna is the way she conducts interviews. She doesn’t rely on the same standard list of questions for every candidate. Instead, based on how someone responds, Anna can ask additional or follow-up questions. I really appreciate this because it helps us gather more detail about a candidate and their experience than we might get from simply reviewing a resume. Anna also scores each interview, which is useful when we’re reviewing and comparing candidates. When deciding who to move forward with, we can consider both the candidate’s responses and their interview score. The platform can also flag when responses may have involved the use of AI, which gives us another piece of information to weigh when evaluating an interview. I also like that we can go back and review interviews and responses on our own time.
