Talent Magnet by Caliber is a recruitment advertising platform for employers with jobs that aren't attracting the candidates they need. It turns your roles, qualifications, locations, and hiring goals into targeted campaigns that reach relevant active and passive talent. Start with your job or careers page. Get a plan that connects your hiring needs to an audience strategy, advertising approach, and proposed investment. Run a campaign for one priority opening or coordinate hiring across roles and markets. Manage jobs, campaigns, audiences, and reporting in one workspace while candidates apply through your existing process. Use Talent Magnet directly or add campaign support from Caliber. Track the candidate actions your advertising generates and connect campaign reporting with your applicant and hiring data. Bring the jobs you're struggling to fill. See how to reach the people who could fill them.
