At first, I spent a bit of time creating a job posting without having the option to switch my country to Canada. Aside from indeed and LinkedIn, and two local specialized job sites, my options were very limited. Talent.io made it possible to reach a new pool of talent available for hiring. We found a great freelancer through the platform which we've been working with for 18+ months (€200k+ spend). Be aware that unlike other freelancing platforms like Malt which reduce their fees after a few months, Talent does not. I have used talent.io and it had worked out for me in the past. The platform showcases your profile for only 4nweeks before you are removed from the recruiters feed.
