Talent Clouds delivers a modern background check system designed to be usable by anyone, regardless of ability, digital confidence, or device. Every form and workflow is built to WCAG-compliant accessibility standards, ensuring candidates can complete DBS checks, right to work checks, and referencing without unnecessary friction or exclusion. This approach aligns with the DBS 2026/27 Business Plan's focus on modernising and simplifying the disclosure process. By reducing form complexity and clarifying each step, Talent Clouds cuts down on the errors and confusion that typically cause delays — helping candidates complete checks faster and first time, and giving HR and compliance teams fewer applications stuck in query. The result: a screening experience that's easier for candidates to navigate and easier for employers to manage, with fewer bottlenecks between application and start date.
