Talenser is a proof-based hiring platform that helps companies hire developers on verified skills, not resumes. Every candidate on Talenser is skill-tested with industry-standard coding and applied assessments, GitHub-verified, identity-checked (government ID and live selfie), and evaluated through structured AI interviews — before a company ever sees them. Hiring teams can discover AI-matched, pre-vetted developers, review real skill scores and project work, run AI and expert interviews, shortlist, message, and hire — all from one dashboard. This removes resume guesswork, cuts screening time, and lowers the risk of a wrong hire. Built for startups, growing engineering teams, and recruiters in India and globally, Talenser turns hiring into an evidence-based decision.
