Taleno is a lightweight recruiting platform built specifically for small businesses. We help companies stop losing track of candidates in inboxes, spreadsheets, and messy processes — by giving them a simple, structured way to manage hiring from start to finish. With Taleno, you can post jobs, receive applications, track candidates through your hiring pipeline, and collaborate with your team — all in one clean interface. No complex setup, no training required. Unlike traditional applicant tracking systems (ATS), Taleno doesn’t charge per seat or lock features behind paywalls. You get full access from day one — job posting pages, candidate overviews, email templates, notes, and pipeline management are all included. Taleno is ideal for growing companies that: • Hire a few roles per year • Want to look professional to candidates • Don’t have time for bloated HR software We’re focused on clarity, simplicity, and speed — so you can spend less time managing hiring and more time talking to the right people.
