Memory issues we get and sometimes debugging error becomes difficult.

Recommendations to others considering Talend Data Fabric:

- It's not stable, crashes ( 2,3 times a day per developer )

- Inconsistency and mess in components ( password within masked field with double quotation marks: lol )

- Team responsible for GUI should be chained to road lights in Castro's district, It's hard for me to understand why for so many years they are not fixing it.

- It's too expensive, if TCO for 3 years is greater than PowerCenter it means that someone has no shame

- Cloud version of software is a rude and tricky manipulation, looks same like ToS, but when You hit "save" button 100 MB goes to cloud somewhere. I would rather expect web GUI and implementation directly on server.

What do you like best about Talend Data Fabric?

I used this software during my internship at FreedomOfDev to build an ETL tool to extract log data from several log types suck as Bonita, elasticsearch, ... The software is a bit difficult to get used to at first but believe me it has everything you need to extract your data for any kind of file. Once you get used to it, it is just drag and drop software and you can edit any component using java language. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Talend Data Fabric?

Its a bit heavy on the ram and you only can edit the components using java. Also, it doesn't have an Elasticsearch connector (Only MySQL) so I had to create my own connector Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Talend Data Fabric:

I advice any one who is looking for an ETL tool to use talend open studio. It has practically anything you need and you can simply customize the data aggregation components using java. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
