Talecto has completely changed how we handle recruitment at Skilltailor. The AI interview assistant is a game changer, it suggests follow-up questions in real time and scores candidates during the interview itself which saves us enormous time. The candidate pipeline is clean and easy to manage across our team. What impressed us most is the built-in onboarding module, we no longer need a separate tool for onboarding new hires. The bias detection feature is something we have not seen in any other ATS and it helps us keep our hiring process fair and consistent. Before Talecto we were managing candidates in spreadsheets and scheduling interviews manually which was time consuming and error prone. Talecto centralised everything in one platform, from job posting to onboarding, eliminating the need for multiple tools. The AI screening saves us hours every week by automatically ranking candidates based on skills and experience. The team collaboration features mean everyone involved in hiring has visibility on the same pipeline which has improved our decision making speed significantly. As a small technical team we do not have a dedicated recruiter, so the founders handle hiring directly. Talecto fits that reality. The automated resume parsing is genuinely accurate when it comes to evaluating technical profiles. It extracts relevant skills and experience and scores candidates against the role without us having to define complex filters manually. The pipeline tracking keeps the whole team aligned on where each candidate stands without anyone needing to send status update emails. The scheduling module connecting directly to our calendars removed a lot of back and forth that was slowing down our process. We would find value in custom report exports that let us slice hiring data by source, role type, or time period without having to pull it manually. Hiring developers is slow and expensive if the process is disorganised. We were losing good candidates simply because our response times were too slow when managing everything manually across email and shared documents. Talecto gave us a structured workflow where applications are captured, parsed, scored, and assigned to the right person automatically. The time we used to spend on administrative hiring tasks is now spent on actual conversations with strong candidates. I like that Talecto makes our work easier, especially with features like AI-based onboarding and the bulk interview scheduling. It's very efficient and allows us to focus on other tasks instead of typing everything manually. Talecto processes candidates' resumes using AI, scoring them and simplifying the hiring process. The integration with Google Meet and Zoom is seamless, making scheduling interviews professional and easy. The career page builder is another great feature, allowing us to use our own custom domain which is more professional for our brand. The Interview AI assistant helps massively by suggesting questions, adding follow-ups, and scoring candidates in real-time. The pipeline features and onboarding process, which takes from day one to day 90, are also very useful.
