TalaGuard Pro is an AI assistant that sits on a call center agent's desktop and helps during the call, not after it. Press F1 and it suggests what to say next, using your own knowledge base. Press F3 to ask a policy question and get an answer drawn from your documents, not the open internet. When the call ends, it writes the call note for you. For team leaders and QA, every call lands in a call log with QMS scoring, coaching comments and an optional auto-QA pre-fill. Admins control settings with locks across a full role hierarchy (agent, TL, QA, OM, SOM, admin). Privacy is built in. Customer details can be masked automatically before anything reaches the AI, and teams can bring their own AI key so call data never passes through a middleman. It was built by a former call center agent who worked US telecom and insurance accounts, so it is designed around how the floor actually works: hotkeys, short answers, and no extra tabs to juggle.
