Amateur, Error-Prone, Slow to Respond Customer Service **Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Kate S. **Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2026 **What do you like best about Take Command?** I like that it is a monthly contract, so I'm not locked in for a longer period as the experience is so poor I can easily leave. **What do you dislike about Take Command?** The customer service is a complete joke, being completely incompetent, inefficient, and unresponsive, requiring me to involve their executive leadership just to get a response, and often putting the burden back on me to do more work. The entire system is very amateur, clunky, error-prone, and bug-prone. Additionally, it has no integrations with any other tools, and the initial setup was not easy due to the team's slowness and incompetence or the need for too much self-setup work. **What problems is Take Command solving and how is that benefiting you?** Take Command doesn't solve any problems for me due to their incompetent customer service. ### 2. ADP mentioned them as a partner and I have enjoyed ADP Run and figured they would integrate someday (which they say is the case). So far, their education materials have been helpful and informative, but the platform is lacking significantly. **What do you dislike about Take Command?** Platfrom is not fully functional. There are attachements that I select that don't appear. They say they will review our employees benefits quickly to determine eligibility, and they have not done that. They have declined benefits without explanation. But they have their billing down as they charged me quickly for their services and the incorrect amount.
