The crew signs the weekly toolbox talk or tailgate meeting on their own phones, with no accounts and no app to install, and the closed meeting becomes a sealed record with a code a general contractor can check. The same phone handles the job safety analysis, the weekly walk-around and ladder inspections, the vehicle pre-trip and the DOT pre-trip for CDL trucks, the equipment record, mileage, certifications, corrective actions, bulletins, the OSHA 300 log and 300A summary, and the safety committee. The office prints the prequalification packet a GC or ISNetworld asks for as one document. A meeting held with no signal is kept on the phone and filed when it reconnects. It knows the meeting cadence rule for your state. Tiers are a flat monthly price, from $29, with a 14-day trial and no contract. Built for crews of two to fifty, and the enterprise system for large companies.
