Taiga provides AI-native medical billing and revenue cycle management for independent medical practices across all specialties. We combine experienced billers and coders with AI to handle billing end to end, while your practice keeps its existing EHR. Our services include pre-visit coverage checks, coding support, claim scrubbing and submission, denial management and appeals, payment reconciliation, and patient statements. Physicians review and approve generated codes before submission. Our team handles payer follow-up and billing exceptions. Taiga works alongside systems including eClinicalWorks, athenahealth, NextGen, Tebra, SimplePractice, Greenway, and Practice Fusion. Practices get a customer portal with visibility into collections, denials, and payer performance, plus responsive support from the Taiga team. Pricing is a percentage of collections based on annual practice revenue: 6.5% for practices up to $2 million, decreasing toward 4% as revenue approaches $10 million, with custom pricing for larger practices. There are no setup fees, per-claim charges, or add-on fees. Founded by Nanda Guntupalli and Adam Wax, who grew up in their parents’ independent medical practices, Taiga is backed by Y Combinator.
