Taiga is one of the best project management tools I have worked with in the last years, the software is very favorable to work with because it is highly customizable, it is a quite intuitive service to work with, it has a very low price, it provides access to users through the web and mobile applications. The software has some collaboration tools, templates, Kanban board, order management, among others. Taiga's service is quite robust, productive, and high-performance for use in any organization. I consider that the taiga service needs to update its interface, because the one it has now is a bit old and does not give a good image to the service provided by this platform. As for the operation of Taiga I can say that it is very good and in the time that I have been working with the service I have not had any kind of inconvenience. Taiga is a powerful cloud-based project management tool that allows you to work collaboratively on different projects, thus achieving a greater workflow. It has a wide network that connects a large number of workers to perform team tasks. It is a very complete software that has tools to manage errors, to track problems as well as kanban boards and Gantt charts that are extremely useful, you can add a wiki to any project to finalize the cost of its standard plan is very economical. Taiga is a platform with many tools and with a messy interface and few options to customize this makes the software difficult to learn for users for a person who has no experience is going to be really complicated also you need a fairly extensive knowledge in the use of scrum tools, the free plan of taiga is quite limited does not allow you to see the real capacity of the software, it does not have tools to make a portfolio management and the truth is that it is a weak point taking into account its other competitors. Recommendations to others considering Taiga: The first recommendation I can make is that if you plan to use Taiga first be a master level in the use of kanban or scrum tools or have previous knowledge in the use of this type of software because taiga is not a simple program has a learning curve quite high but however once you know it can get to make a great tool, has very affordable prices so I recommend it for those companies looking for a really cheap platform to make projects working with kanban or scrum tools and like to work in teams. Our organization implements Taiga as a tool for teamwork due to its wide shared network that allows us to manage any project in an easy and simple way through the use of kanban and scrum type tools, we also make use of it because it has different features to manage errors since it is common that when working as a team they present themselves, when making audit trails, ticketing and management of pending orders we can somehow reduce the margin of error within our organization so Taiga has been a great acquisition by us. Basically, we do all the planning of our projects on Taiga but do not use it to share files on attachments as we still have a Dropbox Business account. Creation of project is beginner friendly. The timeline of the project is very well laid out horizontally, and with it I can see clearly the development of the project if it is still in progress or already done. It is also easy to use its search function and the comment feature is pretty neat. It also has a vote feature. And lastly you can also add clients for them to see the development of the project, so be always ready to answer the client on specific questions he does not technically understand. I like Taiga's sleek design as it allows me to see clearly every project we have whether it is still 'In Development' or already 'In Testing Phase'. With their chart like timeline, I can pinpoint where each specific person of my team is already on. I can also upload attachments that they could work on. They do not like the side to side scrolling of kanban (if you are familiar with myspace and plurk, its the same scrolling), because they easily lose something. First of all, we definitely like the price. We have a 1 year premium sub and it's just worth $5 a month per member compared to the $20 / member from the other tool that we tested. Taiga's dashboard is more clean and organize for the most of us on the team, and we could see clearly what is the development of each task. It also has a voting feature which is an excellent feature. I am fascinated by how easy and simple our work is with the help of this platform, which does not need much time to master the use of each of its tools to perfection. Taiga is the most user-friendly and out-of-the-box tool that is really easy to use and to implement across your department in your company. Also, consists in a combination of project management tasks alongside with intuitive designs for either clients or managerial roles in your company. So far I haven't had any issues while Taiga was implemented and fully extended into my department the first days of using and today hasn't shown anything wrong or bad functionally. Even though it's pricing can be very expensive and servers get unresponsive because of multitasking jobs, Taiga offers to its users all the things to manage projects and overseeing how these projects are getting done through time and with the reliability that only this incredible tool offers to the people out there. Really like everything we have our negative part to my touch really say what I don't like about this platform, I think taiga should use other implementation measures because to do any kind of project we must be in line with taiga.io, ie we have to have Internet constantly to do the job, it would be interesting to implement some software that we can download without being dependent on the Internet and thus be able to work at the limit without any problem that disturbs us in our daily work, that's just a suggestion in a personal way. This tool allows you to manage your projects quickly and easily. We can import documents or projects from other platforms to Taiga without problem. It is available for the Window and MAC platforms It has a good capacity for integration with third party tools. I have the possibility to add members to collaborate with my tasks or projects.
