Hands off - works without incident. Also i was on the chat and it was AI BUT I could not find what I was looking for and then a real human came on as something triggered I could not get what I was looking for. He helped, suggested a google meet and I was done and settled in under 7 minutes AND learned something. Who does that? Who am I? Nice to know there are real people who care on the other end.
