Service is wonderful. Whenever I have a problem, I can write my question on the chat system in the tagembed. Although, I am in Japan, the person in charge quickly respond to my inquiry (like 5-10 minutes, sb will reply). Also system is easy to use. Even the free plan includes almost every function we need. So far none. The latest post will appear on our website where embed code is being displayed after 9 hours from posting with the free plan, but it is not a problem for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Do not get this product. Every week for over 6 months I've had to contact support for them to either manually reenable my Google reviews feed or to fix a "cache" issue or mainly solve the issue of the widget just disappearing. And worst of all they lie every time without explaining what cause the issue. They just say we solved it on our backend - it gets fixed for a day and then stops working again the next.
