Tagalys is the powerful and reliable data-driven solution that we were looking for when it came to search & merchandising for our Shopify Plus store. We have saved a significant amount of time spent merchandising since moving over to Tagalys, with our team now having more time to spend on other tasks and growth initiatives - having the ability to set global sorting options and the fact that it seamlessly syncs to our other stores has reduced the amount of manual work required. There is no limit as to how custom you can get with your merchandising, which is exactly what we were after! Not to mention that the search function is really powerful, the no results searches report insightful and accurate and the product recommendations always on point.

What really sets Tagalys apart is the team and the amazing onboarding process. From our first conversation with Tony, to onboarding with the very knowledgeable and patient Nivetha and Krithika to the post-launch support from Suhas and the team, we have felt supported every step of the way. They are kind, took the time to understand our business and challenges and made sure the transition from our previous provider to Tagalys was as smooth as possible. Tagalys has help save time off my job to focus on other areas that can make my website experience better for customers. While merching is such a big part of our jobs, I know I can set rules up that im happy with and trust that are going to show the products I want/ need. They were really easy to implement and after a few calls to discuss how to use the platform we were all confident with how to use. If we do have any questions their customer support is really responsive. The amount of times I would send through a simple question they would always offer to jump on a call. No matter how big or small.
