For me, the best thing about Tactiq is all its functionality in general. It is extremely easy to use, integrates very well with Google Meet and Zoom, is very accurate when transcribing the call, and subsequently provides you with AI-generated summary solutions. Tactiq helps you record and transcribe your meetings, calls, interviews and more. I've used it for all of the above. It is perfect for recording your calls with clients, prospects and partners. Then I saw that it was a free service as well as very easy to use. I tested out the app and I was very impressed. It was easy to use, I could highlight and tag important points and it was simple to add notes. The most impressive thing was that I came out of the meeting with my notes already typed up. Now we don't need a human to transcribe the audio. We hire people to take notes and sometimes we miss the meeting recordings which are very difficult recall the minutes of meetings. It doesn't catch some words and it needs more speech recognition. We speak Indian access and some of the words translate to something and else and the whole story changes. We are solving note-taking during meetings and subtitles for meetings. We have to do meetings with the US and Australia where we don't understand the access most of the time.
