Tactical Logistic Solutions is a 3PL for 8-figure Amazon and multichannel e-commerce brands. Tactical runs Amazon FBA inbound, 3PL warehousing, D2C fulfillment and freight forwarding, so inventory moves from factory to FBA door and out to every channel with one team accountable for it. SplitSmart, Tactical's Amazon FBA inbound service, splits one shipment across 5+ Amazon destinations with zero placement fees and a live unload at every stop, so inventory is delivered and received in 5 to 10 days. Brands run their own shipments in the free SplitSmart platform: build orders, track every FBA destination, see volume by state and fulfillment center, and pay invoices. Warehousing inventory is scanned and racked within 48 hours across 4 US hubs, with no storage minimums or maximums. D2C orders ship in the brand's own packaging at 99.7% order accuracy. Tactical is an Amazon SPN partner and a Walmart Marketplace approved solution provider.
