We've seen them back changes based on our feedback alone. It's a simple interface and easy to learn for most users. **What do you dislike about Tactic?** There are a few small dev/UI issues that I don't love. The biggest that comes to mind is the inability to make reservations that expand over a series of dates. It's easy to use on the day to day but more challenging when thinking long term. Also, I will say the lack of integrations with Outlook have been challenging. **What problems is Tactic solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest issues that I see Tactic addressing well is Space management for conference rooms as well as desk management for our hybrid employees. Occasionally there are also overlaps with other needs/objectives. ### 2.
