I use Tactic to efficiently manage a hybrid workplace by enabling desk and meeting room bookings. I like how it improves space utilization and supports flexible work arrangements. I appreciate knowing who is coming into the office and when, which is really helpful when I want to work both remotely and from the office. I also like how it prevents desk and meeting room conflicts; it can never be overbooked, and when I book any meeting room for a meeting, it's always available at that time. Tactic does what you expect it to do - check in, reserve a desk, and move on with your life. As an end user of this, I don't need to spend more than a minute checking into the office. Tactic feels fast and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Tactic? Tactic's UI has some elements of it which feel amateur. I get the calendar layout they're trying to achieve at the top, but it feels like a weird element that doesn't vibe with the rest of the dashboard. The view of your colleagues and where they will be during the week doesn't seem to have responsive design built in. Simplifying the overall design might feel better, less busy. One thing I'd love to see: the capability to see a 'who's here' today (works for smaller offices, obvi, but info that's useful to me). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Tactic features a solid booking interface with a map that mirrors our office layout. I can easily see all available workstations for a given day. For those who don't always book the same workstation, locating your desk for that day can be a little time-consuming. I can see a list of my reservations for the week, but finding desk #15 on the map could be made easier with more distinct icons. Its easy to keep track about which of your coworkers are in the office. And also easy to sign in with the NFC check in tab at the office. Also on the webapp its easier to use. However, even though you can tell which coworkers are in the office its hard to tell where they are located incase you want to sit next to them.
