Their whole system is hard to navigate, **What do you dislike about Realize?** I tried to get a campaign going, but their navigation sucks. Their customer support does not help much, either. I got as far as setting up a campaign Pain in the ass to do) and putting my credit card info. There's a rep called Cierra Cox, who, will, supposedly get on the phone with a potential client, but she flakes -- she also does not properly read e-mails. That happened to me twice with her, and I chatted with other who had the same problem. **What problems is Realize solving and how is that benefiting you?** They aren't. ### 2. I know I have to answer what is best but I cannot actually recall what is best about them. **What do you dislike about Realize?** There is just not one thing that I disliked. I can't believe that I am writing this but signing up for the platform itself is a cumbersome job, it was tedious, non-user friendly and vague. Since I had to run ads on it I somehow ended up doing it at last. **What problems is Realize solving and how is that benefiting you?** Taboola has tied up with many publishers for running native display ads and we wanted to try it out for the very same reason, because Google Ads doesn't provide any options to run native ads. ### 3. The native ads have a good exposure. **What do you dislike about Realize?** They claim to have a self service, but already at the creating of the account it requires their support to get back to you. They are useless scammers. **What do you dislike about Realize?** The account was hacked or Taboola messed up and was running the wrong accounts on my account. I had to remove all of my payment methods to stop the bleeding. Lost almost $300 in a blink of an eye. I have been waiting for customer service to respond for 1 month and 2 days know. Only response was asking for the campaign ID in question. It does nothing. It is completely useless and overpriced. **What do you dislike about Realize?** Everything. The platform itself is slow as a snail. Also, If you like getting lots of fake leads from Africa and India - try it. It is amazingly expensive, does nothing, and watch out - if you fill out a wrong box, or click 'accelerated' - even with a monthly spending limit of $250, it'll hit you up for $100 a day. Complete and utter waste of money - the leads are fake - and no refunds are available when they over-charge you to criminal proportions. USING THIS PLATFORM IS HIGHLY DISCOURAGED. The biggest mistake I've made in business in 5 years. **Recommendations to others considering Realize:** NEVER USE IT. **What problems is Realize solving and how is that benefiting you?** It did nothing. Used for 6 weeks with a highly successful funnel, and it brought nothing but fake leads and dead ends from the middle east and africa. ### 7. Many of the sites they served us on made no sense whats so ever.
