Tables ready has been super great at taking our long waitlist (which was on paper) and created a whole different experience. This has gotten people in and out quickly without people coming up to our desk every 5 minutes to see where they are at. This was super easy to implement with out staff as well! As of right now we do not have any downside to usuing tables ready Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is TablesReady solving and how is that benefiting you? We were usuing a paperwait list and with over 35 people waiting it becomes hard to management. This allowed us to see real time of how long people are waiting, a bridge in communication to get people off the waitlist and served quicker, and eliminate shouting for the next guest or trying to find them. We use Tablesready for a client's restaurant and app. The sheer simplicity of it really is it's great selling point as it was super easy to train the staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about TablesReady? We have some gripes with the implementation but the support team was able to help us. Translation for another language still missing.
