TableSpark is restaurant management software for independent UK restaurants. It brings the restaurant website, table bookings, online ordering, a branded guest loyalty app and the staff rota into one platform the restaurant controls, replacing a generic website builder, a separate booking system, commission-charging ordering apps, a loyalty card and a rota spreadsheet. Restaurant website: 50 finished restaurant templates, a drag-and-drop editor and an AI menu scan that turns a photo of the paper menu into a complete draft site for the owner to review. One live, multilingual menu stays in sync across the website and QR codes. Technical SEO is built in: crawlable menus, Restaurant and LocalBusiness schema, sitemaps and managed Search Console setup. Bookings and tables: live availability against real tables, floor plans and table assignment, deposits and reminders, and a Reserve with Google booking-link connection. Online ordering: the restaurant's own Order page takes dine-in, collection and delivery orders, plus table QR ordering, with every order on one kitchen screen and Stripe Terminal card readers at the till. Guest loyalty app: points, rewards, stamp cards, referral codes, birthday rewards and a QR member card the till scans. The restaurant designs every offer and sets every budget. Staff management: team roles with no per-seat charges, a drag-and-drop rota, hours totals and payroll exports, with each staff member's rota on their phone. Guest relationships: one Inbox for enquiries, bookings and sign-ups, guest records with CSV export, and email campaigns to consented guests from the restaurant's own domain. TableSpark takes 0% commission on bookings and orders. Restaurants build free and pay only when they publish: £19, £39 or £69 a month, excluding VAT.
