TablePlus supports multiple databases including sql and nosql types including Cassandra, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB etc, making it a single holistic tool for all my database querying requirements. It even supports connecting to Postgre and Amazon redshift databases as well. The built-in sql editor supports color coded syntax highlighting which is pretty handy as you construct queries. The sql query editor also features an option to beautify (or uglify) the queries which I use before exporting queries as SQL files. The 'safe mode' (represented by a lock symbol) is a very niche feature of TablePlus which allows me to choose different levels of fail-safes while running queries against a database like, ask for password, warn, silent. Such a feature is particularly useful when you are connected to a live production database. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The free trial version limits to just 2 workspaces which means, I cannot connect to multiple databases or clusters simultaneously. This is often frustrating especially when I need to connect to live databases for debugging. There is no dedicated button for rollback operation while the commit changes button is on the top toolbar which is not obvious when you are looking for it. Often I write these commands manually and execute them. This is sometimes beneficial too as you won't accidentally invoke these commands on the database. TablePlus also doesn't support running the describe command from the sql editor for Cassandra databases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
