The guest CRM stores preferences, visit history, and special occasion notes for personalized service. WhatsApp integration sends automated confirmations and reminders to reduce no-shows. Loyalty programs offer tiered rewards to encourage repeat visits. Bar management tools handle bookings, capacity limits, and happy hour scheduling. Analytics provide insights on peak times, no-show patterns, and guest retention, with data exportable for analysis. Multi-location management centralizes operations across branches.
