Complexity for Beginners

It's great at customizing reports for data, customizing the fields and data fields you want and able to also customize the visualization of the analysis as well. It does integrate with Salesforce but I did not find it to be the most seamless connection. We didn't have any difficulty with being able to generate reports overall but it did seem to slow down when there was too much data where it wasn't able to pull in things or take a very long to load

It had a very difficult onboarding, its a high learning curve for starters especially if you're not highly technical when it comes to statistics. I didn't find it very easy to use but found it useful when others created templates for me to work from. Creating a new report from scratch was practically impossible for me personally. We had an integration with Salesforce that possibly made it complex but I also would've liked to be able to export to other software to manipulate it further on my own but don't recall that being an option.
