It helps teams set and track goals using features like AI-powered suggestion and progress tracking. I likes it flexible and adapts to different goal frameworks. What do you like best about Tability?

Tability's got some solid features for OKR management that we find practical. The OKR scoring is handy, giving us feedback on how clear and doable our plans are. The AI suggestions are a good addition for those moments when the words just won't come.

Breaking down OKRs into tasks and putting them on a timeline is a functional touch, making things clear for everyone. The integration with third-party tools for score automation is a time-saver. The easy check-ins and Slack reports have made our monthly OKR routine more of a weekly thing.

What do you dislike about Tability?

Tability is flexible but requires a bit of time for the initial setup. The support team is responsive and has plenty of online documentation to guide you through. What do you like best about Tability?

- Scoring of OKRs: having feedback on how OKR plans, especially on how measurable and actionable they were, is excellent!

- AI-generated suggestions for how to tackle an objective was a great add, especially when you reach that writing block

- Ability to break OKRs down into tasks, and view on a timeline, is a great touch

- Easy check-ins and tracking. This has really helped our teams move from a monthly checkin of OKRs that became a number-crunching exercise, to something that could be integrated into our weekly workflow. Having the reports shared on slack was also a nice touch!

- The support for integrating with the main third party we use made it easy to automate the scores

- Great customer support and follow-up Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tability?

- Tability is flexible, but it does take a bit of an initial setup to work out how you want to represent your company's OKRs. However, the support team reached out, and there was a lot of online documentation

- Switching between some views requires clicking through three steps, rather than having an easily visible shortcut. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
