Nothing, I honestly don't see any value, if I could choose I would not use this Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mostly everything. I don't need a tool like this. This is another tool to update with the same information I already add in decks, JIRA and other software. And with that, comes more notifications with low value information, more notifications I have to configure. You can add all the AI and shiny features you want but doing OKRs is not an operational problem and if it was, I already have two other AI tools that could help with that. You are creating a new bureaucracy issue by having to use this tool, giving more meaningless work. You are solving a non existing problem in a bad way. Adding projects is annoying, visualization is bad, navigation is shameful. This has created a long list of projects with a lot of data and levels to update data that dont produce any information. And tracking of OKRs... manual update... feels so 2000. Product management and design was about reducing... what happened here? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing I like about Tability is the Ai integration. Some times, when defining a goal you can be stymied over what exactly needs to get done or tracked. Not so with Tability. Using this tool, you can literally have a conversation with Ai and it will define your goalposts for you.
