The only thing I don't love about Tability is the pricing structure. I'd prefer straight-up per-user pricing rather than tiered pricing as it deters me from adding new users; I don't want to purchase 10 licenses just to add 1 user. What I really liked is that the platform teaches you to become an expert in OKRs, even if it's your first time, like me. I started a new job and they asked me to create OKRs, I didn't know them and had never planned any OKRs before, so the help from artificial intelligence and the charts that rate the objectives were very useful to me as a reference and guide. Also, thanks to customer service, I was able to enroll in a course they recommended to improve my OKR skills. Honestly, unlike other platforms, on Tability I never needed technical support assistance to know how to use the application since the interface has been the most user-friendly to use.
